Times and costs
You will find below the available shipping options and charges for your destination.
Before finalising your order, you will be given the most suitable delivery option from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
We work hard to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Please, note that orders containing sale items may take a further 48 hours to arrive.
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
France
Delivery time
• Order between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
• Receive your purchases in 7-10 working days after your order has been placed

• Receive your purchases in 15-17 working days after your order has been placed
Cost
12,50 € – 18,50 € depending on your delivery address.
Wood Fans
We are happy to be able to ship our Wood Fans in 15-17 working days after your order has been placed.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
If you are shipping to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Notes
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
Free shipping
From time to time, Metta runs free shipping promotions. Please, note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Returns
If you need to send your purchases back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please, note that shipping is at your expense on all exchanges and returns, although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. In all cases, we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage.
For all purchases returned to us used or in a bad condition, we won’t be able to give a refund and we may have to send it back to you. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Make sure your items are returned new and with all tags still attached.
Please, note that we are currently working on it to make this service free of charge in the near future.
Returning your purchase
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
- Send an e-mail to orders(at)metta-online.co containing either “Exchange” or “Refund” in the e-mail subject. Please, specify your order reference number and the items you would like to return.
- We will reply with all the shipping information you need.
- Send your package using your own transporter service and provide us with any relevant tracking information such as the tracking number and approximative date of delivery.
- We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage.
- After receiving and reviewing all your items, we will confirm either “Exchange” or “Refund” and proceed.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Metta. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please, note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
